t is against this backdrop that the lnterim Working Group (IWG) of the African IFF Campaign Platform comprising six Pan-African organisations namely Tax Justice Network-Africa (TJN-A), Third World Network-Africa (TWN-Af), Africa Forum and Network on Debt and Development (AFRODAD), the African Women’s Development and Communication Network (FEMNET), the African Regional Organisation of the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC-Africa), The Nawi and Trust Africa supported and joined by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice (GATJ) have will launch a unified African campaign platform on lllicit Financial Flows.

The Consortium

The Consortium’s main purpose is to create a framework for collaborative action among leading Pan-African organizations and critical allies to drive STB 3.0. It aims to do this by catalyzing the convening power of multi-disciplinary and intellectual capacities of the STB consortium and other Pan-African CSOs movements through varied advocacy and campaign platforms. Additionally it will be by influencing and challenging created and invited spaces at continental and global levels by promoting African-specific views and content that challenges IFFs from Africa, with a focus on the extractive sector.
